A contact insecticide for control of Diamond Back Moth and Aphids in Cabbages and Kales, sucking and chewing insects in Beans and tomatoes, aphids, thrips and whiteflies in roses, aphids in Wheat and Barley, Maize stalk borer and armyworms in Maize.
DUDUTHRIN 1.75 EC is a contact, residual and stomach acting insecticide with repellent properties. It can be used to control existing infestations or as a preventive treatment with a fast acting action that can persist on foliage giving it a prolonged protection of 10-14 days. It disrupts nervous transmission leading to instant knock down of the insect. It controls a wide range of foliar and soil surface pests including aphids and other sucking pests like beetles, weevils and caterpillars and suppresses red spider-mites especially when used in high volume sprays. It is an insecticide that is known to give an effective control of a wide range of insects and is applied at the rate of 65mls/20L of water. It has a rapid penetration into waxy cuticle of the plant and is stable in water with a pH of 5-9. It is compatible with most commonly used fertilizer and pesticide however a compatibility test is first recommended before any mixing can be done
